When you visit the website, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This is used to keep the site secure and working.

Why we use it

We use your details only to reply to your message and to deal with any order or haulage job that follows from it. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries, and, where you go on to buy from us, the steps needed to enter into a contract with you.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for marketing.

Who we share it with

Some of these providers may process data outside the UK, under safeguards approved for international transfers.

We will share information if the law requires us to.

You have the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, and to ask us to correct it, delete it, or stop using it. To do so, contact us using the details above.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
